In a world where mobile phones have transformed into personal robots, social networks, teachers, stylists, and more, one crucial element has been missing: poetry. Enter Poetry Apps, a groundbreaking project that pushes the boundaries of mobile phone evolution.

About the Project:

On May 27th, 2011, at 'De Balie' in Amsterdam, Poetry Apps unveiled a collection of five innovative poetry apps accompanied by the publication 'Alleen in mijn mobieltje kan ik wonen' (Only in my mobile can I dwell). This project brought together ten artists, each tasked with translating a poem into an engaging smartphone game. The publication documents their creative processes and insights.
